How long does my order take to make?
Orders are prioritised in line with the event/ required date. Generally, an order takes 2-3 weeks to be made depending on the nature and quantity of the order. If your order is being sent via courier we recommend putting your required date 3 weeks earlier than your event date this gives plenty of time in case of shipping delays.

If an order is needed within a 2-3 week time frame, please select 'RUSH MY ORDER' and select express shipping or Local Pick Up as a shipping option.

***Please note that if you book an order for an event far in advance your order will not be made until closer to the date provided.***

How do I know what the font will look like on my order?

What is the order process?

Step 1: Once you have placed an order we will review your order within 24hrs, at this point we check all details of your order, you may receive a call or SMS from us to discuss your order in more detail. 

Step 2: Once payment has been received drafts will then be sent for approval.

Step 3: Your order production will commence approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the date required. 

Step 4: Once your order is ready to dispatch or be picked up you will receive a notification, this will include tracking information if applicable or pick-up instructions.

Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney, NSW Australia. We offer pick-up from Lidcombe 2141. The address is only supplied to pickup orders once the order has been completed and is ready for pick up.

I want to order something but I cannot find exactly what I am looking for on your website?

A Simple Favour specialises in custom made bomboniere for all occasions. If you cannot find what you are looking for we encourage you to contact us to discuss what you are after. We are always creating new and exciting favours, you will see more of our range on our socials. The options are endless and we have no limits to what we can create.  

Do you provide discounts for high quantity orders?

We believe that our prices are competitive in the industry and try our best to keep our items as affordable as possible. We pride ourselves on our quality and service. We have an open communication approach and encourage our customers to contact us to discuss any questions they have. In some cases, we may be able to provide a quantity discount. 

I need an order urgently, am I guaranteed to receive it in time?

There is an option to add a 'RUSH MY ORDER' service in the cart, please contact us BEFORE selecting this service to ensure we can definitely fulfil your order in time. The best shipping option for urgent orders is Pick Up from Lidcombe 2141.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the personalised nature of Bomboinieres in most cases, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Our items are purchased to order, therefore once your order is confirmed your items will be purchased specifically for you. Please refer to the previous question for information about changing an order.

What chocolate do you use? What is the shelf life?

Our supplier uses Cadbury milk chocolate 7% compound to mould our 8x4cm chocolate bars. Our chocolates are made locally in Sydney, NSW and have received positive feedback from many chocolate lovers. All our chocolates are purchased fresh and have a shelf life of 6 months. If you are unsure and would like to taste our yummy bar before ordering, you can order a sample bar, just contact us to arrange. 

I have a newborn favours order, what if baby arrives early?

We understand that babies can be unpredictable. If you have a newborn favour order and the baby arrives prior to the 'order date required' we have a 7-9 day turnaround policy. Depending on your order we may be able to complete it faster however, some items take longer than others to make and some orders have several suppliers involved. We encourage our customers to stay in contact with us regarding changes to the date they require the order or due date. Some items for example cookies are made fresh to order, this is the reason we don't send out orders until closer to the dates they are required. 

I want to order newborn favours but we do not know the name/gender?

This is fine, we recommend placing the order of the items you would like however not personalising and/or selecting colours of ribbons etc. Please include a note on each product selected that name/gender is unknown and inform us once baby arrives. As above, we have a 7-9 day turnaround policy for these order (please read above). Alternatively we do have beautiful gender neutral items, colours and personalisation options.

Are your chocolates and lollies Halal?

Yes, our chocolates and lollyland confectionery is Halal.
